Hello! My name is Shelby and I am a native English speaker from the USA, living and teaching English here in Madrid, Spain. For 3 years, I have been a full-time English teacher in both public and private schools in Madrid, Spain. I specialize in teaching children from ages 6-15 years old, but I am happy to help anyone looking to become fluent in English.

My teaching approach is tailored to each student’s needs, whether the goal is to improve general communication skills, build confidence, or achieve specific academic objectives. I place strong emphasis on practical language use, clear grammar foundations, and engaging, structured lessons.

I also specialize in preparing students for Cambridge and Oxford English examinations. I can guide learners through all stages, from Movers (Young Learners) up to the B2 level, providing targeted exam practice, strategies, and continuous assessment to ensure steady progress and strong results.
