I teach English Language in Nigeria and was able to increase students performance up to 20 percent

I will implement student-centered teaching methods,l which can resulting in a 10% increase in student engagement and participation. I will develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that can improve student academic performance by 15%. I will also establish a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques which can result in a 20% decrease in behavioral issues. Funally, I can collaborate with colleagues to design and lead professional development workshops on the use of technology in the English classroom.
