Hey there! My name is Theresa and I am a native Brit with lots of experience helping adult students to learn English through conversation classes.

As a learner of both Spanish and Portuguese, I know how wonderful it feels to have an interesting conversation with someone in a new language. And my hope is that I can share my love of great conversations and learning languages to give you the same enjoyment as you improve your fluency in English.

I personally love talking about psychology, spirituality, and philosophy. But I can personalise our time together to generate conversations around whichever topic sparks an interest for you.

I live in Spain and have experience of teaching English to adults in a variety of settings, for example more formally through an academy, and conversationally in informal settings and online. And also, through living abroad, I am consistently sharing my native language with my friends as I learn to speak theirs.

All of these experiences have been both fun and thought provoking, which I believe are key to learning. And as such, I look forward to helping you learn English!

I have been enjoying teaching conversational English classes to adults online for the last 2 years and I now have over 1600 hours of practice. Before that I gained a year's experience teaching Intermediate English in an academy, along with 1 year of experience teaching adults basic level English.

Aside from teaching I have 6 years experience of one on one language exchanges, where I am helping my partner to speak English as I learn Spanish and Portuguese.
