Hello!

My name is Tom. I am a native English speaker from New Zealand, and I recently moved to beautiful Barcelona. I am excited to help you (or your child) learn and speak English with real confidence!

I do not focus on boring grammar drills or textbook exercises. Instead, my lessons are all about natural, real-world conversation. Before moving to Spain, I spent six years working in high-end customer service. This experience taught me how to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and connect easily with people of all ages.

I also studied Spanish for three years in school, so I know exactly how challenging it can feel to learn a new language. Because of this, I bring a lot of patience, support, and empathy to every single lesson. Along with teaching chess back home I've found a passion for passing on knowledge to others.

We can practice everyday conversational English, prepare for an interview, or chat about interesting topics. I love music production, fashion, drawing, chess, and football, so our conversations will always be engaging and fun!
