I hold a Level 5 TEFL Diploma and have three years of experience teaching English to learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels. During this time, I have developed strong classroom management, lesson planning, and communication skills, and I am confident in adapting my teaching methods to meet each student's individual needs. My lessons are learner-centred, interactive, and goal-oriented. I begin by identifying each student's current level, learning objectives, and areas for improvement. Based on this assessment, I design engaging lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities while using authentic materials, real-life situations, and meaningful communication tasks whenever possible. I provide regular feedback, encourage active participation, and create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practising English with confidence. I also monitor students' progress continuously and adjust lesson content and teaching strategies to help them achieve their language goals effectively.
