I am a Canadian certified English teacher who has been living in Madrid for over 10 years now. I am in my thirties and I believe this is important for you to know since connecting and getting along well with your teacher is essential to learning and gaining confidence in a foreign language.

I have experience teaching in-company business classes, English to children as well as preparing students for Cambridge examinations. I have worked at both public and private schools and also have experience teaching online. Online classes usually focus on listening and speaking skills however, if you wish to improve your writing we could also add some assignments for you to practice. I usually ask my students to listen to a podcast or a song or read an article prior to the class so that we can discuss it further together. Depending on your objectives, I would tailor a specific learning plan and adapt my classes accordingly. I also speak fluent Spanish which can be helpful when explaining more complex ideas.

I am flexible and will easily adapt to your goals and objectives. I am available in the morning between 8AM and 1PM and on weekends as well.
