Structured, Engaging, and Personalized Spanish Lessons for Teens in Multilingual Environments

Spanish classes specially designed for teenagers growing up in multilingual and international settings. My approach combines the structure of Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL) with engaging, exploratory, and meaningful activities that promote real communication.

I work with teens from age 12 and up, as this is typically when students develop enough autonomy to benefit fully from online learning. In some cases, children aged 10 or 11 may also join if they share a common language with the teacher (Spanish, English, or French).

What to Expect
Each class is structured yet flexible, encouraging curiosity, participation, and critical thinking. The content is aligned with the Common European Framework (CEFR) and adapted to each learner’s pace, interests, and needs.

Listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are developed through dynamic, age-appropriate, and narrative-based materials. Activities are tailored to the student’s interests, ensuring learning is meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable.

IB Spanish Support (PYP / MYP)
These classes also provide personalized support for students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB). I have direct experience with the PYP inquiry-based model and a solid understanding of the MYP objectives for Language Acquisition and Language & Literature.

My classes follow two complementary lines of work:

Academic support aligned with the school’s IB programme

Development of communicative competence in Spanish as a foreign language (SFL)

All of this while respecting the IB educational philosophy: international-mindedness, student agency, critical thinking, and meaningful learning.

Individual sessions (55 minutes)

Single class: €25

Package of 5 classes: €112.50 (€22.50/class)

Package of 10 classes: €225 (€22.50/class)

Package of 20 classes: €410 (€20.50/class)

Verónica is an absolutely incredible teacher, really the best I have ever had, and I’ve had over 10 Spanish teachers as well as having been to Spanish learning schools! She is incredibly knowledgable and has exercises for every specific Spanish topic and knows exactly how to tailor them to your needs. She is particularly excellent in terms of preparing for DELE exams as her knowledge of how the exam works/ tips and tricks to master all the sections is incredible. She also takes a lot of time outside of classes, in her own time, to take a long time revising and marking any homework. She will then prepare follow up exercises based on her corrections. Truly an outstanding teacher.
