I know exactly what it takes to succeed on the IELTS, having taken the exam twice and scored 8.5/9! Now, I help students reach their own English learning goals through targeted test strategies, vocabulary building, and avoiding common exam traps. I am also a global citizen who loves connecting with people from different cultures, and I know many other languages: French, Malay, Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, Italian, and Korean.
I am also open to learners learning English just for fun!

My Teaching Methodology
I teach through a highly structured, interactive approach tailored to the exam's exact criteria:
• Targeted Diagnostics: I will conduct an initial mock exam to identify your exact weaknesses in the 4 core skills.
• Skill-Specific Strategies:
• Writing: We will practice analysing the instruction and boosting your lexical resource and grammatical range.
• Speaking: I will use active listening routines and fluency drills to ensure your answers are natural, coherent, and well-structured.
• Reading/Listening: You will master time management and question-type recognition (e.g., matching headings, multiple choice).
Personalized Feedback: Every class includes detailed, actionable critiques of your grammar, vocabulary, and flow.

Mi metodología de enseñanza
Enseño mediante un enfoque interactivo y altamente estructurado, adaptado a los criterios exactos del examen:
• Diagnóstico específico: Realizaré un examen simulado inicial para identificar tus puntos débiles en las cuatro habilidades básicas.
• Estrategias específicas para cada habilidad:
• Escritura: Practicaremos el análisis de las instrucciones y ampliaremos tu vocabulario y gramática.
• Expresión oral: Utilizaré rutinas de escucha activa y ejercicios de fluidez para asegurar que tus respuestas sean naturales, coherentes y bien estructuradas.
• Comprensión lectora/auditiva: Dominarás la gestión del tiempo y el reconocimiento de los tipos de preguntas (por ejemplo, relacionar títulos, opción múltiple).
Retroalimentación personalizada: Cada clase incluye críticas detalladas y prácticas sobre tu gramática, vocabulario y fluidez.
