I structure my classes in a clear, intuitive, and progressive way, always adapted to the level and needs of the students. Each session begins with grounding and breathwork to center the mind and connect with the body.
I then guide a flowing sequence of yoga or Pilates-based movement, combining alignment, strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Throughout the practice, I offer hands-on cues, breath guidance, and modifications to ensure safety and accessibility for all levels.
Depending on the class focus, I integrate elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and energetic work to deepen the experience.
Each session ends with a guided relaxation, meditation, or breathwork practice to support integration, balance the nervous system, and leave students feeling restored, aligned, and present.
