I am a freelance English teacher since March 2015, and a former full-time translator.

I hold an ESOL’s TKT full certification from the University of Cambridge and I provide corporate and private English tuition tailored to the company’s or the student’s needs.

Some of my clients are direct clients, meaning that I take care of the whole process, from the very first contact with the client to the actual course teaching and follow-up.

I also work for indirect clients assigned to me by professional training companies for which I provide my teaching services as a freelancer. Also in such cases, I take care of the courses’ contents, teaching materials, actual teaching, end of course exams & reports and other related teaching tasks required for the successful completion of the course.

I have excellent client references and I have so far (December 2019) taught over 1,900 hours (+1,150 hours in-company and + 800 hours to private students) at levels ranging from A1 to C2.1 on the following disciplines: General English, Business English, English for exams (Cambridge KET, PET, FCE & BEC; EOI exams; University entrance exams +25 and PAP [B1]), Academic English, English for football coaches, English for futsal coaches, English for Restaurant staff, English for market & traffic wardens (Mercabarna), English for researchers (UOC), English for HRBPs (UOC) and English for Senior Civil Servants (EAPC), among others.

My teaching is based on a communicative and student-centred approach which I combine with a holistic grammar teaching approach. Such combination has worked wonders among my students and has generated a number of student success stories which are extremely rewarding and the reason for me to love this profession even more with every new challenge arising from any new, or current, student.
