It has been great training with Harriet. She really listens to what I would like to achieve, and is supportive and always positive about what I can do. Sometimes I find my programme difficult but she is never critical and always encourages me.

Harriet was the first personal trainer I’ve ever used - I’ve been trying to better my physical health and so was trying out the gym for the first time and was totally lost… She helped me build a structured routine from the ground up that suited me and showed me exactly what to do with each exercise to make sure I was being safe with the machines. She was very knowledgeable and gave me nutrition tips as well which helped a lot. Also she’s very easy to talk to and a good laugh! I’d highly recommend her services to anyone
