Hi everyone! My classes will be based on what level you are at and what you need improvement on (pronunciation, past tense, etc). I am very fun and dynamic and I want to be as useful to you as possible. If you are looking for conversational improvement, I will see what level you are comfortable with and we will go from there. I like to spend time allowing students to practice talking about themselves first, their likes and dislikes, and where they are from. Then, I will introduce opinion based conversation starters that will get you thinking and talking. Additionally, I will introduce activities, for example, practicing situations that one may find themselves in, such as speaking to a boss or teacher, eating at a restaurant, going to a bar or the gym, etc.

With level one students, we will practice a lot of repetition or basic emotions, foods, weather vocabulary, etc. Depending on the age, I will also include important phrases. With young children, I will mostly use games to incorporate language that practice basic vocabulary and phonics. Additionally, I will use lots of repetition of speaking and listening to help children start to recognize words.

With advanced students, I will introduce more advanced topics to our conversations to keep them challenging and introduce more "niche" and colloquial language.

Students who are interested in improving on a specific area, whether it be help with homework or professionally related, will have the chance to explain this to me before we meet and during our first class. From there we will discuss goals and come up with a weekly plan to get you where you want to be!
