___________ At this stage stage, I can categorically state that I am in the teaching profession by vocation. It is my passion. I loving teaching, as well as Training and Development environment. Despite my academic and professional qualifications, that could have afforded me other types of jobs, and perhaps higher remunerations and social status, I simply enjoy teaching.

I have oftentimes stated that very few things proffer such self-fulfillment and accomplishment as teaching does. Seeing someone come to you with a blank slate, and helping them all the phases of knowledge acquisition that would make them better individuals in their immediate backgrounds, and thereon contribute to social and life development ————————————————————————————————————————————————

EXECUTIVE & PEDAGOGIC DIRECTOR · HABSON TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES · 2010 - present.?In this role I have to handle all classical phases of project management - design through execution, and appraisal of others. The position, not only as owner, but also as a colleague, has afforded me leadership roles and opportunities for team work. It requires a vast area of knowledge for planning and decision making.

My tasks include the design of course syllabus, materials, programming, customer relationship, interviews for personalised training and development courses.

I work with permanent staff of 12, incorporating others as projects call for, having up to 30 persons on some occasions.

An integral part of our business is English Teaching for official examinations like TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, APTIS, TOLES, Cambridge / Oxford / Trinity / Michigan Examinations A1 through to C2.

It is important to stress this aspect of my career, as self-employment has offered me great autonomy for decision making. It has also however comes along with the instinct for survival and shouldering greater responsibilities.

As a Trainer, I have given courses in all areas of knowledge in which I have a kind or other of qualification. And this vary from Legal English, to Presentation Techniques, Effective Time Management, Public Speaking, etc to middle and top managers in both public and private sectors.
