Santi is a great teacher. I had tried online Spanish classes in the past, but I had never found a teacher I felt comfortable with. Santi speaks English as well, so he is an ideal teacher for English speakers because he understands some of the most common mistakes and difficulties English speaking people face when learning Spanish. He was always flexible, even when I had to cancel at the last minute. He always adapted each class to my interests and to the reasons I wanted to improve my Spanish (I needed to do it for work), and each class was so interesting and fun that I never felt like I was doing any work at all. In a few months, I have improved so much that I have been able to find a job in Latin America! I would definitely recommend him to other students, and I myself will take classes with him again in the future, if I'll need to further improve my Spanish or to prepare for the DELE exams.

I started taking classes with Santi a few months ago, and I couldn't be any happier with my choice of private teacher. His classes are incredibly well organized and set up in a personalized manner. It's easily noticeable that he has a lot of pedagogical experience, by the way he prepares and teaches the classes. Personally, I had a need to practice speaking Spanish, something he's always made me feel comfortable with, and helped me improve a lot. The conversations are always fun and interesting, and the homework is holistically combined with other aspects of language learning, like interpretive and written tasks. I'm very impressed by his ability to answer practically any question about the language, and his creative and engaging ways of explaining. Highly recommendable! Thank you for the great classes!

Tuve unas clases de Santi, me gustó tanto que quería estudiar más con él. Santi nos enseña con mucha pasión que podía notarlo. Además enseña con muchas expresiones coloquiales que así podía aprender español real!! No me aburría nada su clase porque organiza muy bien y explica tranquilamente las cosas que no podía entender bien.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Es un excelente professor, las clases son amenas y agradables. Uno de los mejores que hay.

Hi guys! I came from Taiwan, I studied Spanish in Valencia for 3 months. Professor Santi was my first teacher there. He is really nice and patient, you won't feel any stress in the class! He also is a traveler, sometimes he share his traveling experiences or the culture of Spain with us which I really like! I feel we're more like friends instead of teacher and student. I have been a student with Santi for more than 6 months now and I can tell you he is one of the better teachers in Valencia. It was important for me to learn from a teacher that is experienced and certified, their native language is Spanish, and is from Spain. His classes can be geared to any level of interest and he comes prepared to make sure your time with him is engaging as well as educational. Highly recommended!

I’m from the Netherlands and took about 20 lessons with Santiago. He teaches with a lot of enthusiasm, keeps a good eye on where you’re at and does not give up when there is something you don’t understand. He makes learning Spanish interesting and very enjoyable!

Der Sprachkurs mit Santi hat mir viel Spaß gemacht! Die Atmosphäre im Kurs war entspannt und locker und er hat die Inhalte des Kurses super gut vermittelt. Bei Fragen hat Santi jederzeit alles geduldig erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass wir auch mit eigenen Themenwünschen auf ihn zugehen konnten und diese gemeinsam erarbeitet haben. Außerdem hat er mir auch nach dem Kurs noch Material zur Verfügung gestellt, damit ich alleine weiter üben kann. Super Lehrer und eine tolle Zeit an der Sprachschule, danke für alles!

Santi is an amazing guy and a great teacher. His classes were a lot of fun and very helpful as he tailored them to my interests and needs. He explains grammar in a way that is easy to understand, even for beginners like myself. As it was my first time in Valencia, we combined our sessions with walks through the city and held our classes in cafes and bars across town - a real-life approach that I absolutely loved! Santi is dedicated to his work, has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about the progress of his students. I would hire him again right away!

I’m learning Spanish for 2 months at a beginner level. I feel extremely happy to have Santiago as a teacher. We use Skype for our lessons as I’m from Russia. My husband and I took lessons in Spanish during one week and Santi was our professor. We enjoyed all the moments with Santi who is friendly and very professional, always with a smile attitude. He was attentive to his students. We had different levels of language in Spanish and Santi took it into consideration to make us progressing together. Muy bueno Profesor! Santi est le meilleur prof d'espagnol que j'ai eu de tout mon cursus. Il explique bien, je n'ai pas eu de mal à comprendre son accent. Mais ce que j'ai par dessus aimé est le fait qu'il soit impliqué dans mon apprentissage, il n'a pas fait que bêtement m'apprendre le bouquin, il m'a surtout donné des mémos techniques et apprit des choses qui m'ont servi et me serviront dans différentes situations que le livre nous apprend pas. Bref je vous le conseil!
